- Proper Use and Handling: The guarantee is valid only if the product is used and handled correctly as per the enclosed instructions. Please retain these instructions for future reference.
- Exclusions on Normal Wear: The guarantee for mattresses, pillows, and small products does not cover normal changes in hardness/softness or properties that do not affect the pressure-relieving qualities.
- Covered Defects: The guarantee covers physical defects and changes that result in a visible, permanent indentation of more than 2 cm in the material (excluding loose-filled pillows).
- Proof of Purchase: To make a claim under the guarantee, you must present the original invoice or sales receipt as proof of purchase.
Guarantee Does Not Apply If:
- Instructions Not Followed: The product instructions for use, cleaning, and maintenance have not been followed, or if the product has been damaged due to poor maintenance or careless use.
- Physical Damage: The product has been bent, squeezed, or otherwise damaged in cold temperatures or for extended periods, causing the material to tear or become permanently deformed.
- Exposure to Moisture: The product has been wet or soaked.
- Unhygienic Condition: The product is very soiled or unhygienic.
- Unauthorised Alterations or Repairs: The product has been altered or repaired without Vencasa’s permission.
Important Notes:
No Extension of Guarantee Period: If products are repaired under the guarantee, the original guarantee period is not extended. The guarantee covers repair or replacement only.
