The 180-Day Comfort Exchange covers TEMPUR and Magniflex mattresses and adjustable sleep systems, provided they meet the eligibility criteria outlined above. It does not cover pillows, accessories, overlays, bed frames, or any customized products.

Are there any exclusions to the 180-Day Comfort Exchange?
+
  • The 180-Day Comfort Exchange is not applicable in the event of death.
  • It is NOT available on demo or floor-clearance items, overlays, bed frames, pillows, accessories (such as lumbar support pillows, travel pillows, travel sets, or linen), or any product customized to meet the customer’s particular requirements.
  • The exchange is only valid if an approved mattress protector is purchased at the time of the original purchase, and the product must be maintained in a clean condition.
Who is eligible for the 180-Day Comfort Exchange?
+
  • The 180-Day Comfort Exchange is available to residents of South Africa only.
  • It is available for the TEMPUR and MAGNIFLEX range of mattresses and adjustable sleep systems, but only for standard size mattresses, excluding any special size orders.
  • It applies only to adjustable sleep systems if they are ordered together with a TEMPUR or MAGNIFLEX mattress.
Is there a call-out fee for inspecting defective goods?
+

Yes, there is a call-out fee of R650 for onsite inspections, depending on your area. However, this fee is waived if the goods are found to be defective or faulty upon delivery or during an exchange within the 180-day period.

How do I initiate an inspection for a defective product?
+

If you suspect your product is defective, email info@vencasa.co.za or contact your sales consultant to initiate an inspection. You may be required to send photographs of the item via email for assessment.

What happens if I receive defective goods?
+

Defective goods will be repaired or replaced, subject to individual product warranties and guarantees. If your goods arrive defective on delivery or during an exchange, you should notify your consultant immediately. You will not be charged a call-out fee if the goods are delivered defective or faulty within the 180 days.

How many exchanges are allowed per purchase?
+

You are allowed one exchange per purchase under the 180-Day Comfort Exchange program. This exchange can only occur after you have been on the mattress for a minimum of 60 nights.

What condition must the product be in for an exchange?
+

The product must be in a clean condition, devoid of any damage, marks, or spills. If the product has any marks or stains, or if it is found to be in an unacceptable condition, the exchange process cannot continue. The delivery fee will be forfeited, and the contract will become void.

What are the fees and charges for the exchange process?
+
  • There is a processing fee of R1700 for collecting your old mattress and delivering your new mattress. This fee is payable before the exchange takes place and may vary depending on your area.
  • In the event of an upgrade from your current mattress, you will be notified in writing of the exchange cost, and payment will be required before the exchange can take place.
  • If you live in an outlying area, your sales consultant will inform you of the specific delivery exchange fee.
  • Onsite inspections for defective products are charged a call-out fee of R850, depending on your area.
