Job Description
Manager Role:
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-preformance team, drive sales targets and maximise store profitability.
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure excellent customer service and brand standards.
Sales Consultant Role:
- Assist customers with product selection.
- Meet and exceed individual sales target
- Maintain visual merchandising
- Build lasting customer relationships
