At Vencasa, we respect consumer rights and are committed to ensuring a pleasant customer experience. If you encounter any issues with your purchased goods and wish to return them, we are here to assist you.

Returns Process

Showroom Returns: You may return the goods to any Vencasa showroom at no additional cost.

Collection Service: We can collect the goods for an additional fee.

You are eligible for a full refund within 7 days if:

  • You did not have the opportunity to properly inspect the goods upon delivery.
  • You received items that were not part of your order.
  • The items received do not match the purpose described on our website at the time of purchase.

To qualify for a full refund, goods must be returned in their original, unopened packaging.

Mattresses: Returns are subject to the 180-Day Comfort Exchange Guarantee, applicable only if a mattress protector was purchased with the mattress.

Non-Returnable Items: Pillows, mattress protectors, and pillow protectors cannot be returned once the original seal has been opened.
